Getting Started
How do I get started with Moore Move?
Getting started is easy. Simply create a free account in the app, set up your profile with your experience/fitness level and interests, and start exploring our videos. You can begin with any video that matches your current experience/fitness level.
Do I need any special equipment?
Most of our videos are designed to be done with minimal or no equipment. We provide modifications for exercises that require equipment, and many videos are bodyweight-only. Check the video description for specific equipment requirements.
What experience/fitness level should I choose?
Choose the level that best matches your current fitness experience. Level 1 is for beginners, Level 2 for those with some experience, and Level 3 for advanced users. You can always adjust your level as you progress.
Premium & Pricing
What's included in the free version?
The free version includes access to a number of free videos, and one profile. You can explore our content and get a feel for the platform before upgrading.
What do I get with Premium?
Premium includes access to all videos, multi-profile support (up to 5 profiles), and the ability to add notes so you can track your progress on each video.
How much does Premium cost?
Premium is just £1 per month and is managed through our mobile app. This gives you access to all features across both web and mobile platforms.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store or Google Play. You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Mobile App
Do I need the mobile app?
While you can use Moore Move on the web, the mobile app provides the best experience. The app is required to create an account, manage your subscription, and access all features.
Is the app available for both iOS and Android?
Yes! Our app is available for both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). You can download it from the respective app stores.
Can I sync my data between web and mobile?
Absolutely! Your progress, notes, and preferences sync seamlessly between the web platform and mobile app, so you can switch between devices without losing your data.
Videos & Content
How often is new content added?
New content is usually added monthly. We're constantly updating our library with fresh videos to keep your experience engaging.
Can I save videos for later?
Yes! You can add any video to your Favorites to quickly find it later. Plus, your home screen in the app and web dashboard always show your Recently Viewed videos, making it easy to jump back in exactly where you left off.
Are the videos suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We have videos designed specifically for beginners, with clear instructions and modifications. Start with Level 1 videos and gradually progress as you build strength and confidence.
Favorites, Recently Viewed & Notes
How do I add a video to my Favorites?
Just tap the bookmark icon on the video screen. You can find this icon in the top-right menu bar, right next to your profile initial. Once tapped, the video will be saved to your Favorites list for quick access later.
Where can I find my recently viewed videos?
You can pick up right where you left off by checking the 'Continue Watching' section. This is located directly on your app home screen and your web dashboard.
How do I add a note to a video?
Tap the 'Add Note' button or the plus (+) icon on the video screen. This opens a form where you can write your note and select a specific date. You’re welcome to add as many notes as you need to any video.
How do I view my saved notes?
To see all your notes in one place, tap the Notes link in the menu bar. This will display a full list of your notes; just tap any individual note to view the video and your note.
How do I delete a note?
To remove a note, tap the delete (trash) icon on the specific note screen. You will be asked to confirm the action before the note is permanently removed from your list.
